Conservation Collars

Dazzle Africa is proud to support the Zambian Carnivore Programme by providing satellite collars—critical tools for tracking lions, wild dogs, and other threatened species. These collars help teams monitor animal movements, protect them from poaching, and gather vital data for long-term conservation research.

Urgent Need: 40 Satellite Collars

Your support will ensure every pride and pack currently being studied remains protected and accounted for. Without these collars, vital wildlife could disappear from radar—literally.

Conservation Operations

Our primary conservation partners in Zambia are leaders in African (and global) conservation and work tirelessly every day to protect the ecosystems they call home. They work in challenging conditions, and need tools and resources that aren’t always exciting. Think tools, mechanical services, and car parts needed to keep vehicles moving through tough bush terrain. Think food rations, supplies, and equipment for scouts to spend days at a time deep in the bush. Think salaries, healthcare, restrooms, and uniforms so the teams can keep working safely and have a clear presence in the community.

Instead of focusing on beach bodies this summer, we’re embracing the unglamorous at Dazzle Africa. You can join us by donating $250 or more to conservation operations this summer.

New Member oCSL's K9 Unit

A groundbreaking team in Zambia, Conservation South Luangwa's K9 unit was formed 10 years ago and has since played a key role in CSL’s anti-poaching and law enforcement work. This team of expert dogs and handlers have been responsible for the confiscation of tons of wildlife products, ammunition, and more, protecting the Luangwa Valley’s irreplaceable wildlife and wild places. As some of the hardworking dogs enter retirement, the team is welcoming a new member, and now Dazzle is working to help bring him to Zambia.

Sherman was rescued in Montana where he was identified as the perfect new member of the CSL unit due to his desire to search and work and his high energy. He has already learned to identify some initial scents and now, Sherman is ready to move to Mfuwe and complete his training to join the Delta K9 unit.

We are seeking to raise $7,800 for Sherman's care and training.
