Join Us!

In 2025, we visited Zambia and had the opportunity to visit a school in South Luangwa National Park.  We were moved by the warm welcome we received, the amazing teachers and kids we met, and appreciated learning how much we take for granted in our own education.  We came home inspired and are now partnering with Dazzle Africa to help provide supplies and resources to help students follow their dreams.

Thank you for your support in driving our mission!

Sincerely,

Lucas, Tiago, Mark & Ashley

Why It Matters

Students in Zambia enter school at around age seven. While students can receive free education through secondary school, attending school can still be challenging (especially for rural students) due to needs for supplies, difficulty traveling to school, and other responsibilities. Many rural schools across the country, including the area near South Luangwa National Park where Dazzle Africa focuses, have very few resources and basic supplies for their students.

Many students in Zambia also face significant obstacles to pursuing their educational and career goals. For example, girls often have to quit school around age 13 to financially support their family, collect water and take care of younger siblings. 60% of people in rural Zambia live on less than $1.90 a day, creating an additional burden for parents to afford school fees, supplies, and uniforms.
