Over the past several years, some safari partners have approached Dazzle Africa about facilitating charitable giving from their companies or guests. In many cases, their travelers wanted to give back, but the operator did not have the charitable infrastructure, local program relationships or nonprofit status needed to facilitate that giving. This has now grown into an initiative to benefit the broader tourism community.
Dazzle Africa’s Shared Giving Partnership makes it simple by providing the charitable infrastructure, trusted local partnerships and program expertise that allow tourism operators to offer their guests a meaningful way to give back without having to create or administer a charitable program themselves. 100% of donations are invested into projects, with no additional burden on the tourism operator.

How It Works
1. Choose your giving model
You choose the giving model that works for your company and your travelers:
• Include a set contribution per guest in each safari booking
• Make a company gift after each departure
• Invite guests to make an optional contribution during or after their journey by sharing program information
There is no one-size-fits-all approach. We can help you determine what makes the most sense for your business.
2. Choose where the giving goes
You can select one or more of Dazzle's signature projects or choose a broader program area (i.e. conservation, clean water, college education).
We can provide concise, guest-friendly information about each program so that travelers understand the impact of their giving.
In addition to the projects listed above, partners can also choose to participate in the Keyrings for Conservation Program. Andy Hogg, co-founder of the original Bushcamp Company, has created this initiative to support Conservation South Luangwa (CSL). A gift from an individual or company will fund elephant key rings for CSL to sell at their headquarters, with the potential to amplify your gift through keyring sales. Donors to this initiative will also be recognized in a prominent location in Mfuwe.
3. Keep the guest relationship
Your guests remain your guests.
Dazzle Africa will never solicit or market Dazzle safaris to guests introduced through a participating tourism company.
You can choose how communication works best for your business. Your company can remain the primary communicator with guests, with Dazzle providing language, program information and impact updates for you to share.
If you prefer, Dazzle can communicate directly with a guest about their donation or a program they have chosen.
Our goal is to strengthen your relationship with your travelers.
4.. Let Dazzle handle the charitable administration
When Dazzle Africa receives your charitable contribution, we will provide the appropriate U.S. charitable acknowledgment, direct the contribution to the selected program, and coordinate with our local partners.
We will also provide program information and impact updates in the way that works for you to help your company and your guests understand the difference their giving is making.
You do not need to create a foundation, administer a charitable program or develop your own nonprofit infrastructure.
We handle the charitable side so you can stay focused on your guests and your business.
